Join us tomorrow, January 27th, for another Board Game Day! This will be a bring your own games event but we do have a game library, and you are welcome to play any of those in the Demo section. We will run from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday, January 27th. You are welcome to come and go anytime though. There will be a $5 entry fee that will cover one snack, or drink, and prizes such as play to win and raffles. An attendee can purchase (to an unlimited amount) additional raffle entries for $3 each. Games that will be in the raffle include The Manhattan Project: Energy Empire, Coup, and Dice Forge. There is maximum of 42 attendance spots, so pre-register today. This will ensure you will get a spot before 6:30pm. If you don't show up by that time, you will lose your "saved spot" though you will still be able to attend. The raffle will be held at 6:30pm and you must be in attendance to win.

Tomorrow, Saturday January 27th at 2:00pm, will be our first Standard Showdown for Rivals of Ixalan. This event will run weekly on Saturdays at 2:00pm from January 27th to April 1st.
As always with our Standard Showdown events, they are FREE and there are great prizes to be won. Top players will win a special Standard Showdown booster that contains
- 2 rare or mythic rare cards from a currently legal Standard set
- 1 foil basic land with art by Rebecca Guay
- 1 foil card of any rarity from a currently legal Standard set

Whether you have miniature figurines for a favorite board games or a character piece for Dungeons and Dragons, adding a splash of color to them can really enhance your game play.
Thursday nights at 7:00pm, a Gamer's Inn staff member will be on hand to provide pointers to help with painting your figures.
The cost for the Class is $5, which includes a small Bones figure from the store use of paints, brushes and instructions on how to paint your figure. If you bring your own figurines, the cost is $3 per figure. Cost for either situation is per figure not per night. |
