Santorini is a simple strategy game meant for ages 8 and up! On your turn, you'll take one of two actions: move or build. The game board is set up with three levels, which you use to either move your pawns or build buildings on. The first player to reach the top level of the board wins the game!

Magic: The Gathering (known as MTG or Magic) was first designed by Dr. Richard Garfield--although in the beginning, it wasn't his intention to do so. In 1991, Garfield approached Peter Adkison, the CEO of Wizards of the Coast at the time, wanting to know if they'd be interested in publishing his new game "Robo Rally".
At the time, Adkison was running Wizards of the Coast out of his basement, and felt that they didn't have the know-how to produce a board game. He then asked Garfield if he'd produce a simpler card game, which eventually became the very first MTG set, and the rarest set to find today: Alpha.
MTG debuted in 1993 at the Origin Game Fair in Dallas, Texas. It instantly became a wild success, with the entire stock (which Wizards thought would last them a year) being sold out.
Today, over 12 million players are apart of the MTG community. There are over 12,000 unique cards, and 20 different formats (or ways) to play MTG. It's an integral part of Gamer's Inn, and one of our favorite games to share with others.
This logo was used from 1993 to 1999. It's still seen on the backs of all legitimate MTG cards in circulation today. |
The card on top is one of the original playtest cards. Behind it is a more recent printing of the same card.
The logo changed again and again as time went on, and in 2018 this became the new logo. |
